ER308SLi Stainless MIG wire is used for the welding of un-stabilized stainless steels such as Types 301, 302, 304, 305, 308. This filler metal is the most popular grade among stainless steels, used for general purpose applications where corrosion conditions are moderate.

ER308 stainless steel MIG (GMAW) welding wire consists of 20% chromium and 10% nickel. Welds type 301, 302, 304, 308, 321 and 347 stainless steel. Applications include the

food and beverage industry, maintenance and repair. Required Shielding Gas: Argon or Argon/CO2.
